These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DevFolio (devfolio.lol). By accessing or using DevFolio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Description of service
DevFolio is a portfolio platform for Roblox developers to showcase public game statistics, contributions, and profile customization. Game data displayed on DevFolio is sourced from Roblox's public APIs and is subject to Roblox's own terms and availability.
Account requirements
- You must have a valid Roblox account to claim a DevFolio page.
- You must be the legitimate holder of the Roblox account you connect, verified via Roblox OAuth or our bio verification flow.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your DevFolio account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Impersonate another person or Roblox account
- Misrepresent game ownership, development contributions, or verification status
- Attempt to manipulate stats, scrape the service abusively, or interfere with DevFolio's operation
- Use DevFolio for unlawful, harassing, or deceptive purposes
Content ownership
You retain ownership of original content you add to DevFolio (such as your bio, tagline, and theme choices). Game statistics, thumbnails, and related metadata are sourced from Roblox and remain subject to Roblox's terms. By using DevFolio, you grant us a limited license to display your public portfolio and associated customization on the service.
Service availability
DevFolio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, error-free operation, or permanent availability of any feature. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
Account termination
You may delete your account at any time from Dashboard → Settings. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms, misrepresent contributions, or pose a risk to other users or the platform.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DevFolio and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to DevFolio is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which is zero for the free service).
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of DevFolio after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
